At 16.00 hrs Master Ground Services will check the weather forecast for next 24 hours using www.metoffice.org.uk. If the forecasted temperature shows overnight temperatures to fall below 0 degrees C , then salting and snow clearance will take place automatically, you don’t need to do anything!
Salting and snow clearance will take place overnight between 19.00 hrs and 07.00hrs. All the necessary work will be done before your staff and/or customers arrive.
Master Ground Services will email the next day advising you that your site was salted and invoices will be supported by proof of temperature reading and site visit report sheets.
